- PPPhiLAug 21, 20251.0There were two workers (older lady and a teenager), and we were really the only customers. The whole time, they were just chattering to eachother even while I was ordering. They made a mistake in our order (forgot to put an item in even though they confirmed what I was ordering). I didn't realize they weren't making my drink until I asked them 15 minutes later. And even then, they made it wrong. Not surprising that it took long and that they messed up my ordwr considering the two ladies couldn't take 2 seconds without standing around talking to eachother from across the room. Remember, we were the only customers there, and they didn't even think to ask why we were waiting around for so long. Didn't even admit their mistake for putting in my order wrong. Rude customer service, unreliable drinks.
