  The worker here are amazing can't ask for better For the one who own this location I think his name might be Jay he need to do better for his workers and they need to fire Mr Brandon from his place here before he gets reported to corporate\human resources an OSHA I bet that fine from OSHA that they going to hit yall with going to be big from experience in the past 20-30k in fines from OSHA I have video of the store from standing outside watching you have your workers clean up waste water from the floor when the bathroom flooded out you're supposed to call hazmat and have someone license come clean it up not the workers

  Someone I was with went in for coffee and waited for approximately one to two minutes at the counter with no employee to help them with a coffee order. The employee then appeared from the back with one glove on ( a female.)The customer was wondering why no one was available for service,assuming the employee was prepping or something of that nature.but no! The employee was a bit rude and stated that they were working alone and was in the bathroom. We wondered did you wash your hands? It's very hard to put a latex glove on with damp hands. We threw threw the coffee away. It wasn't very good at all.

  To the current owner of this Dunkin’ Donuts location: I am a regular customer who visits this store almost daily, and I feel compelled to speak up about the way I’ve repeatedly witnessed your employees being treated. It is clear that there is a consistent pattern of disrespect toward your staff, particularly the female employees, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, the store appears to be poorly maintained. The restrooms are consistently locked and inaccessible to customers, and there never seem to be keys available when needed. The store also seems to experience frequent flooding, and the kitchen equipment often breaks down, leading to delays and subpar service. It is also apparent that the store is chronically understaffed. Every time I visit, there seem to be only one or two employees managing the entire operation under what appear to be very difficult working conditions. Despite their hard work, these employees are not treated with the respect and support they deserve. I plan to bring these concerns to the attention of Dunkin’ Corporate, as I believe no employee should have to endure mistreatment while working so hard to keep the business running.
