His positive attitude made my visit genuinely pleasant. However, I couldn’t help but notice the manager speaking to him in a way that seemed unnecessarily harsh. Kyle handled it with professionalism, but it was disappointing to see someone so hardworking not being treated with the same respect he gives others. I hope his efforts are recognized—he’s a real asset to the team.
