  if i could rate this as a zero star i 100% would. the drinks and the food from this place is disgusting. i order the same things as i do at other dunkin's and the Dunkin on Dunn never not disappoints.... i just ordered the sabrina's strawberry daydream refresher and it's so thick and tastes gross and leaves a nasty attertaste and doesn't look the way it's supposed too! mind you i order this refresher many times from the dunkin in orange park and never get this outcome from them! stay away from this place if you don't want to waste your money.

  Service is okay at time. There is absolutely no lighting at the order board in back of the building our tire rolled up on the curb.

  I frequent This Dunkin Donut a lot! I live up the street. I like to get out and enjoy getting my breakfast. Im actually in my 50s and retired. A few weeks ago I ordered hash browns and they came out very dark. I asked the young Caucasian woman with glasses who frequently is at the window if she would eat them she said yes, then asked me if I liked mines soggy. I was expecting customer service. I’m sorry ma’am would you like me to get you some more that aren’t so burnt! 🥵 But that didn’t happen I just left. I had always been nice to this young lady. Always complimented her beautiful nails. Just nice to her. Today I ordered my reg a hot coffee and I no longer speak as she is still at the window… but when I got out my car and grabbed my coffee , the top just tumbled off and hot !!! coffee spilled . Luckily not on me. When I went back to get another coffee, ( yes went right back, no manger asked for or anything) she wasn’t giving out at the window but was there looking at me kinda weird, and the blond woman was looking at me weird. I just told her to make sure the top was tight as it would have been bad if I had gotten burnt. I no longer feel safe eating or drinking out of this Dunkin Donuts and will advise my family and friends. Customer Service can go a long way if actually used. Sadly you lost a good customer. I love my coffee, that’s why I went right back. 😓 Paul Brown is the CEO. Write him!!!
