Ordered through the app today around 2pm(not busy) came and stood in front of mobile tray for at least 7 min before i was asked what i was waiting for 🙄. Of course there were OTHER people who walked in were greeted anddd serviced before me.

- IBIris BlakesleeSep 2, 20253.0Morning shift on 09/02/2025 about 7:40am I walked in wanteing a bagel and asked for it to be lightly toasted they burnt it and it’s non edible I go to this place all the time and never have a problem but these workers this morning looked very low energy and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. I definitely would recommend the manager of this morning to really pay attention to there employees and how they are presenting the food as well as the food should be edible I don’t know why they would think a hard bagel that’s clearly over toasted would be okay to give a customer who clearly asked for lightly toasted as well as it seemed the bagel had been sitting out for awhile it had a stale taste to it.
