  my boyfriend and i go here all the time. normally they are very kind and rarely mistakes. but today, everyone in there must be in a bad mood. the person at the speaker scolded us for coming to pick up a mobile order too soon “because its a latte” but the second item in my order had cold foam which the app literally tells you to pick up as soon as possible for quality reasons. when we got to the window both drinks were a dripping mess. coffee/cold foam all over the lids and they gave us attitude when we asked for napkins. no manners whatsoever. sorry if we upset the staff by being customers, but we didn’t do anything to deserve that attitude.

  Love this place the manager goes above and beyond for the guests, the only location I visit when in the area. Great job ! ❤️

  Had a wonderful experience with Alicia & felicia who attended me great service with a smile clearly environment as well as great workers I'm only in on Fridays but it's worth my time to see a wonderful crew working as a team

  The girl at the drive thru window morning, 8/4/25 she didn’t give me my change right and she knows she did it on purpose, but it’s fine she can keep it as tips but she didn’t have to steal🤷‍♀️
