I buy small cup of cold brew with sweet foam on it almost everyday for past 3 years and I always ask for little extra spray of foam...........like instead of 2 swirls, maybe 3 swirls or something like that........and this guy says it's extra and I have to pay more.....huh? What??? Past 3 years, I've never heard anything like that at any/all locations I've been too. Also, he can't be nice when say something like that??? Why is he ready to fight??
