- DMDaria MoranJul 29, 20252.0With mobile orders, they don't call out names and face the stickers away from customers so you can't see the names on the cups. Bathrooms are kept locked. I can understand that in a big city but suburban Maryville? I preferred Dunkin because they weren't implementing policies that are unfriendly to customers like Starbucks but I guess that's changing
