The donuts aren’t even properly displayed due to trying to keep the flies at bay. They charged me to add cold foam to a drink that was advertised with cold foam!!! This place needs to be shut down!!

I had been traveling all day with my kids on the plane and kindly asked the man at Dunkin' to fill my water bottle at his sink and he said no, but I could buy one of their bottles of water for $4 something. It was extremely rude and unsympathetic when they have a sick right there and could easily fill it for me to give my children a drink. There are no water fountains in 30th Street station, so Dunkin was my only option.
