- VSVenetia SantichenAug 31, 20251.0I tried to buy 2 1/2 dozen donuts, with 6 being cream filled and the others assorted through the drive thru. The manager/woman taking drive through orders, wouldn't sell me them. Said they're "too busy". I ended up with 6 donuts, parked my car, and went inside where they had PLENTY of donuts to sell me 2 1/2 dozen. She was very rude. I will not frequent that place again. (Left with only my 6). She needs fired.
- JWJillian WAug 31, 20252.0The younger workers are always very sweet. My coffee is usually okay. The donuts at this location are always very very stale and I get there first thing in the morning each time, so I don’t know how that happens.
- JJJimAug 17, 20251.0The manager at this particular Dunkin donuts needs to take a course on dealing with the public. My wife and myself went in today and ordered 2 of the $5 wrap meals which included hot or iced coffee. We didn't want the hot or iced coffee, instead we wanted two unsweetened green tea. The cashier was very nice but didn't understand, so the manager came over and we explained what we needed, she stated it was against the companys rules. So said ring out the two $5 meal deals and also ring out the two unsweetened teas, we wouldn't paying extra she stated that it was against company policy, she stated this in an aggressive and defensive manner and that I would have to order something else.. At this point I was frustrated and did swear, to which she ignored the issue and stated don't you swear at me at this point my wife and myself left, the manager said in a loud voice to the other customers are you going to swear at me. Rather than incite a confrontation she could have listened to what we were saying. We love Dunkin donuts, we we never go to this particular one ever again.
