I was confused and said just a regular cereal milk latte and she turned the monitor around to show me the point of sale and asked me to choose which one I wanted. It was a good thing that her coworker came over to help her select the right option and get me cashed out. But the coffee was terrible. You pay 50% of minimum wage for a single coffee and it comes out like crap with an attitude. I love that.

Jamie, your manager working the 5th of July - This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin doughnuts, I ordered 40+ dollars worth of food/drink and asked for a refill on iced coffee, which I offered to pay for. Jamie said no insistent that I should pay 6.00 for a new coffee. Dunkin used to be a customer friendly business, please save your money make coffee at home, they have turned into Starbucks.
