- KCKorinne ChamberlainSep 2, 20251.0I placed my order on the Dunkin’ app went in the drive through to pick it up. I was sitting at the window for 10 minutes! Was never greeted or anything. The worker did not say one word to me. Finally received my order and was not even given a straw. I even watched her text on her phone before finally coming over to the window. Remind me to never place an order on the go when I’m in a rush thought that was the whole point of placing a pick up order because it would be quick. Guess not. Won’t be back. I would rather drive farther to a different location where I am at least greeted and get my order in a reasonable time.
