I just bought a CARAMEL FROZEN COFFEE from here not even 10 minutes ago and they made me a caramel cream frozen coffee with all the whipped cream and fancy shit. when i told them that’s not what i ordered tried to argue and gaslit me that, that is what i ordered when its in FACT NOT and i order this drink at multiple different locations and never ran into them randomly adding the whipped cream and cinnamon sugar which I DO NOT like. They took the drink back and act like they “remade” it when really they scooped the whipped cream off and put into new cup and i can taste how sweet and sugary it is cause i have had the CARAMEL CREAM FROZEN COFFEE and didn’t LIKE IT. I have diabetes and this is not ACCEPTABLE!!!! Horrible management and ran.
