  “Marietta runs on inconsistency" should be the new slogan next to their drive-through window. I have never received the correct order here. Time and time again, I’ve given this place a shot because it’s convenient for my commute to work. But today was the last straw. Being gaslit by the girl in the drive-through who told me I didn’t order my food is absolutely insane. Train your staff better- and, most importantly, train them to handle their mistakes better. I would never have taken the time to write this review if she had simply said, “I apologize, I didn’t hear you order your food. I’ll fix that right away.” As someone who worked in the service industry for years, it takes a lot to make me lose patience with a fellow industry worker. I’ll be driving the few extra minutes out of my way to a different Dunkin’ from now on. At least the one on Canton Rd has better staff and consistency.

  If I can leave, no stars would be better I came through tonight to get a hot chocolate or a decaf coffee because I don’t drink coffee with my eight-year-old daughter and I went to the drive-through and the lady that was working. The girl that was working was really rude. You could tell over the speaker that she didn’t like her job and she hated her job and she was bored and irritated and it projected through the speaker without even seeing her face. She asked me to come to the window and I went to the window, she was extremely rude standing with her arms, crawls rolling her eyes didn’t even have any expression nor and everything I’m saying I told her that she needed to watch her attitude because it really Really is not cute to have such an attitude if she hates her job to lose her quit her job and not let the world know she has problems and hate her job because when we come through as customers we want to be greeted with a smile not an attitude so whoever was working tonight, December 30 she needs to be written up. she’s a very rude person and I ended up leaving and not ordering anything and I will not go back to that location If you don’t like your job, get a new job but don’t let your personal problems project you when you’re working Customer Service is how you get good reviews not how you conduct yourself on the job being rude, rolling your eyes crossing your arms to customers very unprofessional she needs to be fired

  This location is clean, the staff is super nice. The food has gone downhill, sometimes the egg is cold. The Avocado toast is surprisingly very good. The coffee is good especially their cold brew. The donuts are not as fresh as they use to be. I don't buy them.

  I went here the other day after getting injured on the job. It was very nearby and I thought I’d get a drink and some ice for my knee and wrist. Only to be told by the a rude female worker they don’t have ice while another worker was pouring ice in a cup. I had my wallet willing to pay for it. They lost my business, and will make sure all my family and friends know to stay away from this place. These workers/managers are going to run this establishment down to the ground real quick. Horrible in so many ways. I recommend everyone to stay clear away from this place.
