  Don’t waste your time, money or energy. If you want your favorite Dunkin’ brew or Dunkin’ treat, you won’t find it here. Such a poorly run franchise where the staff is overwhelmed, unorganized and lacks basic customer etiquette. I waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have the midnight brew in stock, and they were unaccommodating when I asked for a similar alternative. This is truly one of the worst Dunkin’ franchises in all of America. This Dunkin’ store runs on TRASH.

  I’ve went in on multiple occasions and every time it’s either no donuts or just 2-3 flavors. I’ve ordered hash browns and other items and they are NEVER fresh, always COLD AND SOGGY.

  I enjoy it everyday before taking the 5 train, especially the lady (hagar) she is so nice and professional, I come to this place just because she works here, she is so welcoming and nice manager 💜💜

  Watery iced coffee, straws out of reach, long lines, understaffed, dirty. Would not recommend coming here. The only positive aspect is indoor seating. Employees are careless.

  I debated on coming in yesterday because it always looks dirty even the outside in front of the store. However, I ordered & the lady was nice. However the lady called out my drink & IMMEDIATELY, I see a small dead fruit fly on the top of the drink floating. I told the lady & she acted like she couldn’t see the fly (which is something that restaurant workers do whenever you tell them some sort of discrepancy like this I’m not sure why they do this). Then she “finally” sees it & changes the drink but with no apology or empathy. This is actually disgusting. Even another customer noticed how she acted like she didn’t see it. I think someone from the Health Department needs to come & do a surprise full inspection. I’m not sure why all the Dunkin’ Donuts in Flatbush are so nasty like this. It must be privately owned by the same person. When you go out of state, you don’t come across this. Even in Long Island, this isn’t a common occurrence.
