  No complaints whatsoever—this Dunkin’ in Kendall Square consistently delivers a great experience. The morning staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient, even during the busiest rush hours. The coffee is reliably strong and hits the spot every time compared to other options in the area. I especially appreciate how smoothly mobile orders are handled, which makes a big difference given the steady stream of morning customers. The space itself is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light that makes it feel open and comfortable. I’ve always found the location clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere. In my POV, this is probably the best location in the area for a quick and reliable coffee stop. Highly recommend!!!

  Truly unorganized, rude, and always messing up orders. They will just stand around talking and laughing while you're waiting for them to eventually make the food. They are also very unhelpful.

  Worst coffee on the planet! After a few sips we tossed it in the trash. Breakfast food we got were over baked, dried out, and tasted like reheated leftovers. The donut was fine.

  I was expecting a nice breakfast and I waited because I was full, I ordered an egg with bacon and cheese, when I was going to have breakfast I got a little annoyed because my bread was burnt and hard, I understand that I was busy and I have no problem but I think it is rude to give burnt and hard bread to someone who is expecting a nice breakfast, now I have to start working without having breakfast, I think we have to have a little empathy with our customers
