I've been there before and it was better. My drink all was spilled all over and all I got was an I'm sorry. I had to dump about a 1\4 off the top and then nicely cleaned the counter for them.

I then went to Johnstown Dunkin Donuts’ the girls gave me a brand new one free of charge. I will not be going back to the vails mills location, and I’d hope you wouldn’t either! 🙌
