These people don't listen to the Customer at all and freestyle your coffee however, they want.They put stale expresso.That is sitting right by the ice coffee bar and a large cup in people coffee And it's absolutely stale and bitter And when you ask for fresh expresso they make a big deal out of it ... they laughing and Giggling talking to each other.But no one wants to sit and make the person's coffee.The way they asked it to be made this is ridiculous!!! And there are roaches in there

I usually never leave reviews at all rather the service was good or bad but my 20 min til closing visit on Saturday 08/12/25 just left me feeling like I had to say something because of how an employee (heavy set African-American young lady w/ long braids at the time), left me feeling like I was just straight lied to when really I'm guessing that she just wanted to get out of there early because of it being slow possibly.
Whatever the case was I didn't appreciate being blatantly lied to just because she wanted to go home a little earlier (I'm assuming).
When I opened the Dunkin app that evening to see which drive-thru was still accepting orders I ultimately placed an order at 7:40pm (they close at 8pm) for a simple coffee (which is on tap), and 4 minutes later arrived at the drive-thru speaker to pick up my order. Nobody answered although I clearly seen at least that one employee that I mentioned above. Also keep in mind when they are officially closed an automatic voice comes over the intercom speaker stating that immediately upon pulling up but I knew they were still "supposed to be" accepting orders because the automatic voice never sounded and so I pulled around to the window and beeped periodically for a few minutes before the above mentioned young lady finally came to the window talking crap before she even opened it and she doesn't even know that I actually heard her but I pleasantly and respectfully just inquired about a refund because I didn't want to argue about who's right and who's wrong and then I followed that by stating that I ordered my drink 9 minutes ago @ 7:40pm and simply asked do yall normally close a bit earlier now? She replied in a defensive tone and bit rude (if you ask me), "no we close at 7:40pm everyday and are now in here cleaning." Which again I knew was not true because it wasn't the first time I went for late evening coffee there around the same time. In conclusion, again I did not want to make it hard on her by being an argumentative customer especially nearing the end of her shift so I just replied "okay", although feeling so uneasy and stupid that she felt like she could tell me just anything to just go away.
I hope she can just be talked to in the end and realize that lying to customers just because you're mentally over your shift (I'm guessing), is unfair for 1, making the company lose out on a sale for 2, and actually hurtful that you could have the audacity to lie so stupidly and have a slight attitude when technically the store was still open although preparing to close. That's all.
I will definitely try and do my part in making it better though by ordering earlier than 7:40pm moving forward and still apologize for the inconvenience.
