  This place is horrible. Do not go there they give you a little bit of the latte when you ask for no ice they very stingy and they have a limit of what they can give you if you order a drink

  I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for over a year because ( in my opinion ) it’s the best one in the area … well it WAS the best one . Recently, it seems that they switched their entire staff to new people, and the quality has gone down drastically. The hashbrowns have been cold every time I order . The coffee has not been good . It has no flavor to it, like they aren’t adding the syrups . I’ve even started adding more sugar to my drinks thinking it would help. No … and today the cold brew taste burnt ?? After I finish using my points I might honestly just stop going here . Where’s the old staff ?! Or maybe just some training? Idk lol the donuts are good

  Order took forever because they kept stopping making mine to take someones order then shorted me and didn't give me my full order.

  The staff always seem mad,not very friendly, drinks don't be to the top of cup probably won't be back

  This location is getting terrible. If I come in everyday to get coffee made the same way why does it taste different everyday. The manager use to be nice but now she isn’t she gets upset when you say your coffee isn’t made right and why dies the breakfast items taste like they have a chemical in it at this location. The manager use to be nice and pleasant but now when I come in she isn’t, but why be upset if I am paying my money and would like my coffee made the right way. But however I will say her son that works there with her seems to be pleasant.
