  I had the most unbelievable experience at this drive-thru. The girl working was incredibly rude. I was a bit confused about the price of my order because it seemed like I was upcharged, and when I asked about it, she just said, "I don’t know what to tell you," and then shut the window in my face. Beyond the terrible service, I ordered a bagel that was supposed to have cream cheese, but there was barely any on it—it looked like a tiny dab. To top it off, they charged me five dollars for this bagel. Absolutely unbelievable and the service was horrible.

  I asked for oat milk, which they were out of. She said they have almond milk (not a fan of) and I said that’s fine but can you add a little extra caramel so I don’t have to taste the almond milk. I asked are you going to charge me extra for the caramel even though you’re OUT of oat milk…Poor customer service…I walked out. I pass this Dunkin every day going to work. I will not be back.

  Today I was VERY impressed with the exceptional service by Devon who greeted me with a sincere smile & friendly attitude even though the store was understaffed. I noticed the extra effort that BOTH employees exhibited to keep the store working today. Thank you Devon, AND your female co-worker, for showing up to work today, & always remember that your smiling face & wonderful attitude really does make a difference. We notice!
