First of all waited forever for a plain untoasted bagel. Then to make matters worse I ordered loaded hash browns and they put the tinniest little bit of sauce possible. Very disappointing.

Almost missed my flight due to the poor management and service at this Dunkin’ location. I placed a mobile order and waited nearly 40 minutes to receive it. One male associate showed up late, appearing unprepared and with no sense of urgency. The lines were extremely long, and the staff seemed completely disorganized. This location is in serious need of attention from corporate. It’s disappointing to see this level of service at a state airport.

Worst run thing I’ve ever seen. Wait in line and don’t take anyone’s order till they make the entire order for the people in line. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would give zero stars if I could. The line wrapped around the DD airport store wasn't because of the volume of people, simply put, the staff at this location have no sense of urgency. Poor time managment and lack of team work. There were three staff assigned at this location and only one if them took orders while the other two engaged in personal conversations or tasks in lieu of jumping in and logging on to the second register to assist customers. Customers were getting so angry that they started leaving the order line, while a few others even walked away from thier paid order. Thankfully for me, my flight wasn't leaving right away so I had an hour to spare. What's worse, when I received my wrap, the egg was warm but the wrap itself was still frozen. It was disgusting and certainly a means to get someone really sick. .. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
