    I get the same thing everytime and it was absolutely disgusting here. I drove through to ask them to remake it and the manager was so rude. Wouldn’t even listen to me. I never complain. I never write reviews. Horrible service.

    I shouldn’t have to tell you how to make the drink. ESP when the sticker tells you exactly what to do. First and last time for this Dunkin.

    I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I feel really disrespected at the moment. My wife and I waited in line for 20 minutes to get our food. We were in a rush, but we needed to eat, so we decided to wait. When she finally got to work and opened her bag, this is what she found: she had ordered a bacon and cheese croissant, but the croissant was burnt, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and instead of regular bacon, she received what looked like crumbled leftovers. If it weren’t for time constraints, we would have gone back immediately to demand a refund. The service workers were polite, but if you didn’t have enough bacon, a simple heads-up would have allowed us to order something else instead.
