- LLLay_low5 days ago2.0I know it’s a small thing, but it’s harder and harder recently to get a decent cup of frozen coffee. I don’t know what they’re doing if they’re mixing it wrong or they just don’t take their time but it’s not good anymore.

They need customer service training and in the meantime I will take my business elsewhere. I suggest readers do the same!

This Dunkin gets quite busy, but the employees handle the rush well. I've never had to wait too long for my favorite latte. The staff are friendly and even offer smiles to customers.
