  Horrible I asked for a Carmel latte with whipped cream they gave me a iced caramel latte with cinnamon swirl definitely would never drink that I ordered thru the drive thru and no one ever specified of I wanted iced or hot.

  Arrived at the drive-thru on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. and see the staff cleaning the machines (keep in mind they close at 9:00 p.m). I tried to order a latte and was cut off by saying their machine is down. It's rude to lie to your customers so you can close the store down at 9:00 p.m. and go straight home VS cleaning up when the store is actually closed.

  Two weeks in a row I’ve been in here trying to order an apple pie and every day they tell me they don’t have it. Why do I have coupons on my app and why do you promote it at the store if you don’t actually sell it?

  If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the cheapest Dunkin' Donuts ever. They water down your drink to save on product, and it absolutely tastes disgusting. God forbid you ask for less ice cuz they hand you your drink with the cup half full. This place is a joke, just shut it down lol.
