We told them to cancel it and give us a refund, to which they told us we had to contact customer support, which is only open monday-friday. Very rude employees as well. We've had several issues in the past and will not be returning after this. We won't be able to get refunded until "2 business days" when their customer support is available.

No napkins or sugar to be found. When asked we got a couple of ripped paper towels. No smiles, no manners whatsoever. Not the way to run a shop.
