  Wasn’t greeted due to the employee being very busy which was fine since. The customer service I received was excellent! First timer at Dunkin, tried the caramel latte and it was delicious! The bagel minis are a perfect snack!

  WHY ARE YOU GUYS SOOOOOO SLOW!!! Management please get more employees! 42 min in a drive through every morning or in person is unacceptable! Late to work late to school, I keep telling myself no more, this is the last time!

  Very toxic atmosphere. I waited in drive thru. Was ignored. Went inside and was ignored. I asked the male if he was going to wait on me. He ignored me. I asked for store managers number he refused. Do not support this location. As you can see there a bunch of bad reviews. The employees dont care. They want the pay but dont want to.do the work. Whoever is in charge or owns this place do better.

  Most locatios are great, this location was the worst I've been to. My large coffee was only about half full and the munchkins were smashed into a box that was too small. The person behind the counter told my wife to "eat a few and the box will close". I'll certainly go to other Dunkin locations, but never this one again.

  What a waste of my time and money... I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, and two donuts for my sister and I and went through the drive thru only to sit for A HALF HOUR in the drive thru. When we finally got our food, the lady at the window threw the bag at us and said "Here." And we double checked, "Is everything we ordered in the bag?" And she looked at us annoyed and said "Yeah." We drove away only to check that my sandwich had egg on it (I don't eat egg) and my sister's sandwich ONLY had egg (she ordered an egg and sausage sandwich). Also my sister didn't get her hashbrowns and neither of us got our donuts. So clearly not EVERYTHING was in the bag. I waited in that line for a half hour only to not get all my food, get incorrect food, and be treated like a jerk for trying to double check we had gotten everything we ordered. Honestly, this has been my experience every time I have visited this location, and this is the final straw. Won't be coming back...
