  I always go to this dunkin, but after today im going back to my other location, where im greeted with smiles. These employees rush you, on a busy day. Ok I get it, its busy, but why are you rushing your customers on their orders? And this is why you almost forgot an item on my list. Ive seen busy days in other locations and ive never seen people rush me.. another situation where this blonde lady sits at a table almost every day. I was with my 4 yr old son. She wanted to claim her table again so she started giving attitude. If it wasnt for my son being present, I would of knocked her out into the next world for the disrespect infront of my child, not one dd employee stepped in. This lady was going off , I still see her sitting there, wasting her life away with her coffee and ciggs. Im done with this location.

  One of the front girls was very rude. I had placed an order on my phone and accidentally hit the wrong type of sandwich bread and when I told her that’s not what I wanted to select she gave me attitude. I know it was a mistake on my end, but she could’ve easily said yes I can fix it for you, instead I was met with her repeating that I chose that type of sandwich as if I was a child.

  I think I came here on the wrong day, the staff had quite possibly the worst attitudes ever. I’m almost positive one of the staff members was on tiktok live while making my food…. I got there at 12:00 and why did I walk out at 1:20 waiting on two snack wraps and an iced coffee. After waiting maybe 15 minutes I went to the counter and asked where my food was as people who had came in after me had received there’s. The cook said I have no history of your order and essentially claimed I was lying to her. The manager came over and said …. It’s right here. I was then Handed my food like I was the issue in this establishment. Yikes
