  I pulled up to the speaker to order and I don’t know if I said it loud enough but I let them know to give me a second so that I could order my food since I haven’t been to Dunkin’ in a while and basically forgot the whole menu. The person on the speaker kept saying “hello” multiple times to the point where I had to strain out my voice to let her know to give a few seconds while I was trying to find what I wanted on the menu. She then proceeded to say “next time you can come in to order we are on a timer today” mind you…NOBODY was behind me. I understand having to meet a specific time quota for your store I used to work fast food but that didn’t have to be said to a customer. You don’t know what. I got going on as to why I can’t come in the store. I wanted to order something else but after I ordered my drink she said “ok see you at the window” nobody asked if there was anything else I needed to add to my order. I was going to order something else as far as actual food but I didn’t want to be a pest so I just went and got my coffee and left. Besides this situation this dunkin always had issues with their employees having attitude and I get that it’s early in the morning and you might not want to be at work, but don’t make that the customers fault.

  Excellent pumpkin spice the coffee . Young lady /blue hair recommended a creamy donut and it was so tasty.

  Rude dark skinned male manager has a chip on his shoulder and has obvious contempt for customers. He appears to have let his oh so prestigious shift manager title get to his head. News flash, there are 17/18 year olds doing the same job you have now but keep acting like you own the building.

  Hands down the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. It does look like they’ve hired some new staff, and they are very nice, but the service and accuracy here are consistently bad. I’ve ordered wake-up wraps multiple times, and at least 8 different visits they’ve given me sandwiches instead of wraps. This, location is slow, constantly messing up orders, and now they make everyone go through and park at certain times of day. I literally saw a traffic jam with 7 cars waiting, and employees running outside yelling orders. The Dunkin’ on Old Milton is amazing by comparison. I risk it every now and then since it’s closest to my office, but I usually regret it. Been sitting here for 17 minutes today while they fix my order. They get busy, but their inefficiency costs them more than the rush brings in. At this point, I’ll stick to Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, or another Dunkin’ location.
