I have went to this Dunkin often since I moved here a year ago. I cannot recall 1 time that I’ve had good customer service here. Employees are extremely rude and seem not to listen when you order. I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten the wrong drink or half frozen food. I think this is something management should fix.

Genuinely horrendous service. It began with the drive thru order, where we were met with immense rudeness and poor tone. The next issue came about when we arrived at the window, where we were handed a blended pecan coffee that looked absolutely nothing like the photo. I'd understand slight differences but we were handed a cup of plain blended coffee, no whip cream, no toppings, nothing! Yet we were charged for the fully finished drink instead of the cheaper plain blended coffees. It doesn't end there, as once we were handed what the rude staff member deemed "everything" it became immediately apparent they forgot our two donuts. We asked about them and quite literally were instantly met with a snap of attitude stating that we absolutely did not order any donuts, just our other food items. Not believing that gaslighting, we pulled into the parking lot and checked the receipt to see that we were charged for the two donuts and everything!!!! I went back into the store and got assistance from the one employee who knew how to at least wear a smile and have some level of customer service, who immediately apologized and got me the donuts. I wanted to add additional items of two orders of bagel bites, which the one girl at the front charged me for. Upon receiving my items from the previous rude girl working the drive thru I left, only to discover later as we were continuing our drive that she had only gaven me one of the items! Quite literally our entire experience was back to back incompetence.
Wasted money stolen from us, incorrectly made coffees, and embarrassingly low effort towards customer service. If I could rate lower then one star I would.
