I had a coupon for a free medium coffee. The coupon is valid until November 30th but it wouldn't scan. He said there was nothing he could do. Instead of just comping the $3 coffee, he shut the drive thru window in my face. This is why I prefer Starbucks. Terrible customer service on black Friday. Juan should be terminated. Very Rude
