  I was craving a cold brew and I was so happy I saw a dunkin in this airport. My husband and I walked in and approached the counter. The lady at the register looked me up and down and continued chatting with the other employees. I waiting a few minutes for her to acknowledge me, but to no prevail. No greeting, nothing. She obviously didn’t want my business, so I left. I’m still craving that cold brew though!!

  I walked passed this Dunkin a few times in search of what food options the airport had to offer. Every single time I walked pass, the employees were always on the phones. When we finally decided to get Dunkin, one employee was completely rude. You can tell they did not want to be there and they hated their job. The other employee seemed like they were training, and shadowing someone that hates their job isn't a good training experience. Food was decent. Drinks were half way full and when we made staff aware, we were told "that's what the drink is and that's what you basically pay for." We've been to multiple dunkins and know our drinks but this isn't the experience we were expecting.

  Wow they blew me away with how quickly they handled the line of orders and got the drinks & food out! While also being super welcoming, friendly and attentive! My Chai Tea Latte is a drrream…made perfectly and so delicious! Best part of my morning waiting for my flight. Thank you so much to the gal who was running the ship she’s such a good Captain! <3
