I understand it’s a morning shift, no one likes working early but, the fact that THE MANAGER didn’t pay attention, sung, got attitude, and cut us off when we’re trying to order through the drive thru is insane! I went in instead to order, but was met with attitude again, like they just didn’t want to be there. The cashier worker talked low and quiet so it was difficult to hear him. So when I said the name of the sandwich, he put in a whole completely different sandwich. When I told them the correct one still some attitude. Again I understand it’s the morning but, come on now.

Horrible service/rude employees. I went through the drive thru this morning to pick up a to go order for someone else at work and was told they were out of the pumpkin spice lattes on the order. Because there were 2 of them and they weren’t mine I asked if I could call and ask what they want instead- everyone’s coffee taste is different. The girl replied with a huff and said okay. I called and they said they just wanted a refund so I asked the boy at the window for that and he called for a manager. The manager (I presume) cut him off and said I was supposed to be choosing drinks at the window and then looked at me and said “what drinks do you want” in a very rude tone. I said I just wanted a refund and she rolled her eyes and said she needed the card used for the purchase to which I told her I didn’t have it because it was someone else’s mobile order and she said she could give me a gift card, I agreed. She then huffed and puffed over it and couldn’t get the gift card to work so she called her manager over who was more rude than she was, and she loudly told her that they needed to tell me to come inside because I was holding up her drive through with this. Their problem, and their lack of ordering skills for the demand, mind you. The first girl ended up looking at me and said “Can you just come inside? You’re holding up the line”. I had 2 kids in the car and they were already inconveniencing me and being rude so I said no. They magically got the gift card to work and instead of handing it to me, or a sorry, she handed it to the boy and had him give it to me. Will not be back. Very, very unprofessional and rude.

Every time I go there to order the smack bacon the bacon is plain and it’s very cold. Something that they already made early in the morning for the sandwiches the snack bacon It’s totally something different from what you’re putting on the sandwich and also the tea taste sour like it’s been sitting there for days Customer service. It’s horrible.
In general, I enjoy going to Dunkin Donuts. The Moncks Corner location however is a bit of a hot mess w/ noticeable systemic issues. I'd avoid this location and go to Essentials Coffee instead.

This place was amazing when it first opened. Unfortunately, the last few months have been disappointing. They're frequently out of basic items, and more recently, even paper products. Also their cold brew have been unavailable for weeks.
I usually order ahead through the app, but it doesn't always help. Sometimes they only make one drink and the second takes forever or they complete a different order before finishing the first order.
