The staff is always courteous and quick, even during busy hours. Most importantly, the coffee is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious—exactly what you want when you’re on the go or need a pick-me-up. Great job to the team for keeping the quality and service top-notch!
- NRNina Richardson1 day ago1.0I’m here DAILY !!!! The customer service is horrible!!! Especially in the morning! The morning manager and staff are very unprofessional & unpleasant to deal with !!!! Always an unpleasant demeanor over the intercom when placing an order ! Food & service really doesn’t require much . These young workers need to be trained again and trained correct . If not this specific DD will lose money especially my money ! My experience at this particular DD was not a nice one . I’m pretty sure I won’t return and encourage others to NOT patron this establishment either !!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! Never again !
