  Great location, waited a year for it to be open just for the coffee to taste extremely bad. Always burnt or extremely watery. The one on Centreville road is poorly located, but staff are trained and coffee is always excellent.

  I ordered three iced coffees on Sunday morning, and they were made very sloppily. The whipped cream was dripping everywhere, making a mess before I even left the store. I was really disappointed in the quality and attention to detail.

  Unfortunate experience at this Dunkin, our order was just sitting on the counter and was never announced. We also were suppose to get chocolate frosted with sprinkles so the kids were a little disappointed to find out they put just chocolate when we saw they had the correct donuts behind the glass

  First time here! I had been looking forward to the opening. Staff was very delightful and helpful with my order specially after having a mix up on my order. It was a Saturday morning and they were busy but still managed to give me my food within a reasonable time. looking forward to coming to this location more often. I usually go to the one on sudley but I have to say staff is more friendly and helpful here!
