  Waited in the mobile order line. Only one in that line while they where taking the orders of people who just got there. Lady at the window gave me aditude🤦‍♀️ Even after I explained the situation she gave me additude. Girly, after 3 cars getting their long orders and you haven't acknowledged me- respectfully no. I have places to be that's why I made a MOBILE ORDER. First time it ever did that, so I assumed it was their speaker issue but they should definitely train their staff better. Not to mention my food was cold as well. 🤷‍♀️

  Service is always slow for newer location. What is the point of the separate mobile order window here if you don’t get greeted ans you pull up to the speaker and then skipped with people making orders in the regular line.

  I came to this location because I was so sick and tired of the Antioch location. I wasn’t really wanting to give it a second chance or a third or fourth after being messed over so many times at other locations but after going inside of the Lake Villa one I realize that this must be from another planet. This one was the cleanest Duncan I’ve ever seen, and I was greeted with tons of smiling faces, as if they were all waiting for me specifically to get there there was one young girl specifically I think her name was Mya or mia I’m not sure one of the two but she was so helpful and so kind and for these kids to be in such a good mood early in the morning just means they must also have a great boss and working atmosphere. I will be going back to this one over and over again, even though it’s a little bit out of my way.

  Don’t go through the drive thru if you have your dog, the girl at the window will barely be able to reach your money because she’ll be scared your dog is going to bite her even though he can’t even reach that far!! And then she’ll can you a KAREN because you tell her to find a different job that can handle her fears!! What a joke before 7am on a Sunday!!
