  Older woman constantly parking me and I barely ordered 2 drinks. Not sure if she's trying to beat her drive thru times or something but it's really frustrating to get parked for drinks and see other cars pass me!

  Usually wouldn’t write a negative review but the employees here should be trained in any way on customer service. It’s Sunday morning, Oct 19th. Four of them talking amongst themselves while people wait to be served. My chocolate filled donut had one small spot of chocolate. When we went to the register to show them and ask for another they were not happy to help and mumbled things under their breath and the coworker laughed. The donuts at king supers far succeed these. Terrible

  They stole from me. I came through the drive through and ordered an iced latte with pumpkin spice, caramel drizzle and 2 extra shots of espresso. They rang it in as a signature latte instead. I clarified prior to paying i did not want the signature latte, just the regular one with pumpkin spice and carmel drizzle only. The cashier said ok and rang me up. When my card and receipt were handed back, it showed a signature latte with pumpkin, vanilla, whipped cream, the whole works. I now asked for a refund. My total was almost $11 and they only refunded me about $7. That is theft. Avoid at all costs!

  It’s supposed to close at 7 today Saturday, it’s 6:45 and the person there didn’t want to attend us. Looks like she just doesn’t want to work, bad service

  Celeste is absolutely fantastic. Upon arriving for my mobile orders for the past month, Celeste greets me with kindness and familiarity by asking me how my day is going. Also, Celeste always makes the coffee extra well and puts extra care into making the coffee taste as wonderful as possible.
