La niña q atendió muy descortés, nos hizo esperar mucho y cuando fuera del pedido le solicitamos un vaso de agua y nos dio la espalda y le dijo a su compañera q atendiera ella. Grosera. Eso fue hoy a las 2 pm.

I love the positive atmosphere of the workers except for the manager of this establishment, or exactly this location. He is very aggressive and loud. Do we deserve that kind of aggressiveness in the morning? I understand where he comes from, and he wants everything to operate smoothly and in an old-school manner. Unfortunately, his attitude and approach were outrageous and disrespectful, and it was also noticed through a few visits that when he is in, even the team are also very stressed while he is around. would be nice and safe if leadership would help him learn and conduct some personal development programs >how become calm and develop positive and  well-being attetude no matter where you at >how to approach different kind of customer without aggressiveness, it doesn't only black and white >to be less loud, silence also matter especially morning time when people are just waking up and stop to get their morning caffeine dose and a pinch of positiveness. Next day I visited get my coffee. The sad part the manager see me and he did not even apologize his behavior. He said hey - like nothing happened. Leadership makes leader to admit mistakes and do corrective actions! And another sad part when was there get my coffee, you could feel that team was still very tense and stressed around him. Leadership need to consider teams well-being and working environment too. I love team and that one thing keeps me back to there!

Hasn't been the same since manager Loletta and her crew left 😢 the new managers seem rude and don't care about the customers or workers really just care about making sure the store runs "perfect" but in focusing on that they loose what makes the store great😭💔 Update the new new manager is even worse . I was in the store and he was taking to one of the employees( who was running the front by herself mind you) about another employees performance and the young employee noted that he didn't need to talk bad about the other Emile to which he replied "well they need to step it up" no customer should ever hear a manager speak to or about their employees this way

I drove 15 minutes to this Dunkin' hoping to enjoy a decent breakfast, and instead I was handed a completely burned croissant sandwich. It was inedible — just look at it. On top of that, the person preparing the order (#9794) was incredibly rude and showed zero customer service skills. No greeting, no courtesy, just a bad attitude and a burned sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable!!
