During my visit, the store was quite busy, yet Holiday handled multiple tasks with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile. While other employees seemed to be disengaged, Holiday was actively engaging with customers, taking orders, expediting, and preparing drinks—all while maintaining a positive attitude. Her dedication truly made my experience enjoyable and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to encounter someone who embodies such hard work and commitment, and I believe her skills should be recognized and nurtured within the company.
