  This is the only Dunkin donuts I have visited over the years who never have decaf coffee brewed when ordered. I always have to wait until they brew another pot; or they put the pot of decaf on and as soon as it brews enough to get one cup, they give you what's brewed and I'm not sure that's healthy for the customer. Workers this is a restaurant! Don't you think you should brew another pot once you observe it's getting low? It's almost like they get the last donut out of the box and expect someone else to throw the box away. This location has lost money because when this happens, I ask for my money back or I drive away because it's ridiculous to have to wait every time on decaf. Now I ask them if they have decaf brewed and if they say they have to brew it I drive away and give my money to McDonald's. Go back to Dunkin donuts training please.

  Went through drive thru. Asked no filled donuts, so they gave me every sprinkled low selling ones. I wound up throwing most out. Won't be going back to that Dunkin.

  Rude with no response to saying thanks. ALWAYS out of tea or it’s been sitting for days and is the nastiest stiff known to man

  I placed an online order. 3 donuts, one order of bagel bites. The cashier was rude when I arrived. Didn’t say hello, how are you, etc. just “we don’t have ______.” I understand running out of something, no worries, but you can be more courteous as a customer service person. I waited quite a while before the returned with my order, to find that they put the frosted donut face down in the bag so that all of the frosting was all over the bottom of the bag and none of it stayed on the donut. The frosted chocolate donut was wet. Like, dripping wet. Opposed to a firm glaze, it felt like someone dunked it in a bucket of sugar water. I give this Dunkin a chance every once in a while and every time I’m disappointed. Don’t waste your money.
