  Unprofessional and rude. The lady taking my order raised her voice because she didn't understand what I was ordering. Even if I didn't know how to order, raising her voice at a customer is unprofessional. Also, she didn't give me a receipt, so I don't know her name.

  They took my order only to tell me that they are only taking cash. They should be telling their guest that before taking their order and wasting their time. I honestly don’t think this place will last long considering the reviews they are getting. I wish I had looked at it before they wasted my time

  I love dunkin, but I have been to this location twice and every single item I have ordered has been wrong both times.

  Waited over 20 mins at the drive thru, came to the window and they still didn't have my order so waited 10 more minutes. Got my order and it was wrong. They didnt even wrap my sandwiches right and they fell apart. The hash browns were burnt and had a weird nasty taste. I mean if im paying $30 and waiting over 30 mins please make sure my food is good. Extremely upset. .

  so slow its ridiculous. mobile ordered one refresher at 8:01. it is 8:30 and i am still waiting in the drive thru for it. originally went inside to pick it up but it was still not ready 20 minutes later and no one even cared to deal with the customers inside. drinks and food are consistently crap. also cannot hear anything on speaker due to low volume.
