  This Dunkin’ may be small, but the staff makes it feel big with their friendliness and great service. The drinks are always spot-on, and honestly, I think this location outshines the one that’s closed for renovations. Fantastic job, team—keep up the great work!

  I went in for a coffee and a couple of wraps. I ordered ahead since I came during my lunch hour and had a couple errands to get through. My coffee was waiting for me but unfortunately someone else grabbed my food and left already. Upon realizing what happened the staff was nice and offered to remake the food while I ran to Walmart nearby to get some things. When I came back the manager (I assume she was the manager) apologized for what happened and they had my food waiting for me. Hot, fresh, and well put together. I sincerely thanked them, wishing them all a good day. Even though I had to wait, it was not their fault and they corrected the issue quickly and with a smile. The store was clean and bright. There were a few people there waiting on orders and all of them were treated well by the staff, assuring customers their orders are coming soon and moving with intention to get through the small lunch rush. Whoever owns this Dunkin, you got a great team here.
