  We literally were just locked in the lobby by the employees. There was 10-15 people waiting on orders. They said the lobby was closed and if you were waiting on food they would unlock the door to let you out. We waited 25 mins for iced coffee. It was very chaotic. Young employees seemed frustrated. I watched one employee make a drink wrong, scoop the drizzle and cream out over the sink and poured the rest into a new cup and gave it to a guest. Dunkin’ do better in Fort Mill. I won’t be back.

  Why is the lobby closed for mobile orders?! I understand staffing issues and hiring needs, so understand me when i say, I get it. I placed a mobile at this location as I normally do and when I get to the Fort Mill location, the doors are locked and they are only doing drive thru. Just so happened, an employee is outside and I ask of she can just reach my mobile order out the door. She tells me they are only doing drive thru. So I ask if I can cancel my order and she tells me she doesn't know and they are only doing mobile orders. Now how is that customer service driven?! If the lobby is closed then shutdown the mobile option too! I do mobile because it's quicker since I have to work but now I'm in line waiting for an order I would have gladly canceled had I been able to ALL because I can't cancel the order smh. I'm so aggravated right now.

  Terrible all around. Delivery orders are always missing half the items. The customer service matches their food and coffee-nasty. It took them over 10 minutes to make one drink during a barely busy time, and they had the audacity to give me an attitude about it. Threw it all in the trash and went somewhere else.

  Kylie took our order tonight. She was super patient & nice. She was kind enough to fill us in on which donuts were the freshest when I inquired.

  Every time I go to this Dunkin, I am left impressed. The red haired barista they have is extremely efficient and she always makes my drink perfect. They get a little slow in the morning but they make up for the wait with their service. I absolutely love this Dunkin
