    Every time I go to this Dunkin, I am left impressed. The red haired barista they have is extremely efficient and she always makes my drink perfect. They get a little slow in the morning but they make up for the wait with their service. I absolutely love this Dunkin

    The staff’s attitude and hygiene need serious improvement. The atmosphere isn’t welcoming, and seeing fingers inside the cup before pouring coffee was unacceptable. Customers deserve better care and cleanliness. Simple improvements like greeting customers with a smile, maintaining a professional attitude, and using proper hygiene practices such as handling cups by the rim or sleeve instead of the inside would make a big difference.

    Ordered and then waited in drive through line 20 mins with three cars ahead of me. When I pulled up, male employee said he didn't have my order and said it was because I spoke to their "robot". Told me to next time make sure I talk to a person. I replied that I did put it my order and it was confirmed. And I don't know how to know if it was a robot or not when trying to place an order at the drive through. He then asked me to leave the drive through and get back in the line to place my order again--the line was now even longer than 20 minutes for a wait with about 5 cars behind me. So ridiculous--they lost my order, made me wait forever, and then said all that nonsense, when the employee just needed to make my iced tea and get the line moving.

    I don’t get how Dunkin as a national brand is so beloved- they should’ve stuck to donuts solely. I only get it as desperate times desperate measures and it still astoundingly disappoints. The “coffee” is trash- tastes like what a La Croix coffee seltzer would taste like, essence of coffee but mostly just water. And see pictured, my “bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel” sandwich, which looks like it’s been buried 6 feet under for a year

    I was eager to try their new chipotle sauce, so I asked for a side of sauce and regular hash browns. However, they didn’t offer any side dishes, so I ended up getting loaded hash browns instead. I requested that they remove the bacon, but they refused. They insisted on giving me two orders of hash browns, which is still less than the amount I paid. It would have been simple to refund the difference and charge me the correct amount. Unfortunately, they didn’t do that and ended up giving me two orders, which is still less than the amount I paid. The service was poor.
