  Service was absolutely horrible. Waited to order in the drive through for over 10+ minutes just for no one to respond. 100% will never be going to this location ever again. Save your time & go to Starbucks just 500 feet away.

  Literally just pulled up to the driveway, was rushed for my order. Got to the window, no one was there we waited until we circled around. No one was at the window and no one was even inside? This is my second time coming here and disappointed. The first time they sold me expired Gatorade, please never go to this location.

  I am so disappointed with this location. Would not allow me to upgrade to a large iced coffee with the meal deal. The Indian fellow said I can get a large and proceeded to say medium iced coffee. I finally figured out he meant can't. So I told him there is a "t" at the end of that word. The hash brown potatoes were either fried in used oil, or spiced with Indian spice, and were soggggy. Not done enough. The iced coffee was barely flavored with vanilla. No straw. The sandwich was a rubber egg, not melted cheese, 2 tiny pieces of barely cooked bacon all on a damp bagel. Customer service really sucked. He could not communicate well through a microphone.

  I work in food service so I understand messing up on an order here and there, running out of food once in a while, etc. It happens! But I have visited this location twice and read the reviews and have come to the conclusion that this store is managed poorly and that they don’t train their workers properly. The first time I ever went into this location I wanted to order a few donuts and was told they were out. It was 2 or 3 pm when I came in and apparently they had a really “busy” morning so not donuts. I gave them another chance a few days ago and wanted to order ice cream. I wanted chocolate and was told they were out. The girl was nice-ish, she never apologized for the inconvenience but she wasn’t unfriendly. The whole vibe of the place is really unprofessional and unorganized. It’s a shame too, you can tell the location was just built. Hoping for new management soon since this location is right by my work!
