  I ordered 2 pumpkin sugar cookie iced coffees when they were given to us they were almost black and tasted like black coffee so I asked for them to be remade the teenage girl was incredibly rude and told us that they were “fine” and she made them right I told her I have got this coffee from other locations and it has never looked/ tasted like this she also took my coffees through the drive thru window and made the new coffees in my cups which still had the old coffee in it the remade coffee she made tasted the exact same and as I was saying thank you and I really appreciated it she slammed the drive through window closed I will be calling tommrow when customer service opens to request a refund

  Me: "You preparing me an ice tea, right?" Server: "Yes." -procceds to hand me a hot tea. Me: Throw it in the trash to never come back again.

  I went twice during my trip to the mountains. The first time, I ordered a frozen caramel coffee. It was very cold and delicious. The second time my daughter got bacon and a bagel. She really liked the bacon.

  Well, the line at the drive-through can be quite long sometimes, it’s not that the staff is slow. It’s just that the place is worth the wait. The coffee is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always very helpful and attentive. Don’t forget to ask for your senior discount if you’re over 55. It’s nice to have them in the neighborhood.
