  The team is always friendly, fast, and professional. The store is clean, the coffee is fresh, and the atmosphere is amazing. Every visit feels welcoming and well organized. Excellent service all around!

  I stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts in Lake Wales and had such a great experience! luis was super kind and attentive she greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was just right. You can tell he really cares about providing good service and having people leave with a smile. The donuts were fresh, soft, and delicious honestly some of the best I’ve had from Dunkin’ in a while. I tried some different kinds of donuts that i’ve never ever tried before, Gloria was the one behind those masterpieces. She even told me if i wanted suspicious kinds of donuts i could preorder it, which i thought was super thoughtful!!! Everything looked neat and well-stocked, and the coffee was perfect too, even had some extra whip cream at the top for decoration! Big thanks to the team for making my visit such a good one! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  What an incredible experience I had this morning I decided to roll with two Oreo donuts, which were handed to me by Adriana in a professional and quick manner . Definitely will be coming back for their service and maybe some sugar donuts I would love to try soon. Thank you again :)

  I had a great experience at the Lake Wales Dunkin’ . This location was absolutely amazing. I was greeted at the first window by a young man named Angel and he was super friendly and even cracked a couple jokes with me! Then i moved up to the next window to be greeted by adriana, which continued the best experience i’ve had from a dunkin so far. Nia made my pumpkin spice latte, (because it is that season lol) and it was absolutely to die for! Thanks to the employees from this location is definitely my go-to spot from now on!

  I will no longer go to this location because of how rude Adriana is. Not only to customers but to other employees. This is this third time I’ve had her and I dread seeing her because she is so rude even asking for an extra straw. She slams the window. Not cool Dunkin. It’s a shame because I really loved the new location and it being open 24 hours but i cant take another encounter with that girl.
