  All employees have an attitude, coffee always has a burnt taste, and extremely hot. Most likely because it’s old coffee seating on the hot pad. Worst Dunkin ever!

  I’m new to this area and I’m trying to get assimilated with the area. This location is okay. The cheese on my bagel was not melted and I got 6 of the 9 hash browns that I ordered. The people who helped me were friendly enough but had no sense of urgency while making my food. My coffee was good. I might comeback, not a highlight for me.

  It's clean and friendly staff, but the tables distribution it's awful, just 2 tables are available, so it's hard to get a seat. So you have to take out your order.

  The old man at the Drive-Thru, presumably the owner is always rude and no etiquette. Very slow, other Dunkin’s aren’t as slow. However I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the young ladies at the drive thru.

  I asked for light ice on my cold drink but the lady (Indian accent) said that she couldn't do that with my specific drink. I told her that I didn't want more coffee if that's what she thought, just that the ice melts and takes away the flavor. Anyways, I went to another Dunkin and they had no issue fulfilling my order. Drive up girl is super nice; that's the only reason I'm giving a two star.
