The last two times I’ve stopped here to grab a caramel iced coffee, the caramel flavor doesn’t come through and I know with 5 shots of Caramel you can taste it because I order this coffee at other locations. I think it also depends on the individual making it. So with that being said, if you have employees that make exceptional coffee each and every time, then those are the employees that should be making coffees daily. Not someone that just doesn’t care because that affects your customer base. With that being said, I will not be returning to this location.
