- NNnetwrkrobSep 6, 20251.0One of the worst Dunkin locations in Cranston. Whomever is hiring really needs to do a better job. The workers are rude and cold. Customer service is all time bottom. The place is small so you think it would be quick in and out but with no customers in line and still wait 5-10 minutes for service? what are they doing, oh talking in the back and looking at their phones. I am going to next coffee place on Pontiac Ave (not Dunkin). It's a bit more but huge improvement for customer service and coffee quality also environment is much better too. Avoid at all costs.

They have you wait at the pickup window although I ordered a mobile order just to get to the window & my order is wrong. I go inside to get my order remade they make it wrong again like are yall hiring ppl who can read or just speak???? I take my order & tell the girl it’s fine, I get home whyyyyyyy are all my hasbrowns in one bag if it’s 3 SEPARATE meals??? This place is rushed no focus they need a whole new revamp because this place is going down in the dumps

When I called early the next morning, the manager, Morgan, refused to honor it and told me to “order like a normal person.” This left my team of 55 without the order we were expecting. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I am reporting this to Dunkin’ corporate.
