  I come in here all the time, mostly to get snacks for work. But recently I've been noticing an influx of people who don't know what theyre doing. I bring something up to the donut counter to also get a donut, I get a guy telling me I can't ring everything up there. So next day I go to the other counter first and then go grab a donut. Another guy tells me they can ring everything up at the dunkin side and I don't need to separate my bills. ...okay.... so next time I do that and this kid didn't know what he was doing, then a manager had to step over and tell me that they can't ring everything up at the dunkin counter. Okay, make up your minds. Which one is it? Im tired of playing counter tag. The only good thing about dunkin is their donuts. Coffee is always mixed incorrectly, when you take a sip you get nothing but sugar grains. I also hear the managers are condescending towards their coworkers, especially in front of customers. There will be one person working the counter, a line all the way to the door, and others standing around in back gossiping. Employee professionalism is severely lacking.

  This is hands-down the best Dunkin’ in Lansing! My orders are always right (and if they aren't they make it right), the food and drinks are fresh, and the staff is consistently fast, friendly, and welcoming. They really set the bar high! The staff at this location on 10/11/25 at 9am were fabulous!

  Headed to a meeting this morning and went through drive thru. I just wasted $9. I wanted a French vanilla coffee with cream and sugar and got just a plain black coffee that's bitter as hell. One sip and tossed it and the the bagel was rock hard. Felt like it was a combo of stale and over toasted to burnt status on the bottom. I literally couldn't even bite it. You can't tell me the employee couldn't feel how hard that was. Tossed them both. No more chances for Dunkin. Back to Bigby it is at least they are consistent. I'd rather pay more knowing I'm getting a good product.

  I come here DAILY. As a customer I feel like I'm paying for the the customer service in addition to paying for my coffee. When I was in drive thru talking to the girl that took my payment the manager Aiden came and yelled at this girl in front of me about times and numbers. He didn't care about me as a customer or my service. He came and snapped at her a second time and I felt incredibly uncomfortable. As a customer I don't want to know that the managers don't care about me my day or providing good service. My order is only important if the numbers in the computer are good. Honestly it kinda ruined my morning. And if the management needs to snap and yell at other employees I don't think that's appropriate in front of a customer. I don't want to know what's going on behind the scene. I want my coffee and to have a good day. Incredibly disappointed. If you're just there for a quick coffee this is the place. But the staff professionalism is really lacking.

  The true thing about this place is that they don't sell you the frech donuts, they sell the one from yesterday,and than if they gone they smwill put the fresh for sell next ,you don't get to choice by hand which one you want ,NEVER AGAIN😕
