  I've ordered from this Dunkin at least 5 times because the Dunkin by my old house was fantastic and always got my order right, but no matter how I order (what type of pick up on the app) ordering 20 minutes ahead of pick up time (and watching people who ordered after I arrived in the store get their drink first) it's always late and the order is always at least somewhat wrong. Ordered for walk in yesterday and it was in drive thru so it took a while to get found, went through drive thru today and they lost the order and said it was in walk in (at the window I told the guy I was picking up an order for my name that was meant to be a walk in), took more than 5 minutes before they gave me flack that it was in walk in, which I said it was from the beginning. This isn't a language issue, their English is perfect and I'm bilingual. This is a skill issue. If there's another Dunkin on your route, just go there. Also theres orange dust on the outside of my drink and that just doesn't help. (Kensington Dunkin is absolute fire, go there, they're great).

  Try to avoid this location. In the drive through, employees are more focused on hitting timeliness metrics than actual customer service- asking customers to move to a parking spot to wait so the window clock doesn’t exceed their limit… even if there are no other cars behind you. Which then means you’re going through the drive through twice or holding up traffic on a busy road. Also often out of inventory and don’t make supply adjustments to have popular drinks in stock. Not worth the headache when there are other nearby locations.

  employees need to learn how to make the drinks.I paid twice for the same drink (frozen coffee) 1st they don't even use coffee to make it. twice she made it watered down. twice I threw it away A waste of 12 bucks. this Dunkin needs training and I feel she should have remake my drink and not change me. I threw it away in front of them

  Probably the slowest service I have ever seen. It took 8 workers here 20+ minutes to give me one donut?? Insane.

  Closes at 9pm on Sundays. Was stoked to get some coffee after a long beach day just to arrive at the door in disappointment. Please fix the time on maps.
